Rotary evaporatorMainly used for concentration, crystallization, drying, separation, and solvent recovery in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and biopharmaceutical industries. The principle is to heat at a constant temperature under vacuum conditions, causing the rotating bottle to rotate at a constant speed. The material forms a large film on the bottle wall and evaporates efficiently. The solvent vapor is cooled by a high-efficiency glass condenser and recovered in a collection bottle, greatly improving the evaporation efficiency. It is particularly suitable for the concentration and purification of biological products that are prone to decomposition and denaturation at high temperatures.

Using a composite seal of polytetrafluoroethylene and rubber, it can maintain a high vacuum degree.

The water bath is temperature controlled, with a PT100 sensor and stainless steel probe at the bottom of the pot to quickly and accurately transmit temperature. The bottom of the pot is equipped with a drain valve for easy draining.

The main bracket is made of cold plate anti-corrosion spray coating and aluminum alloy material, which has strong anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation characteristics. The pot liner is made of 304 stainless steel stamping material, which is compact in structure and durable.

All glass components are made of high boron glass with a high temperature expansion coefficient of 3.3.

The vacuum system is equipped with a vacuum gauge, and the pointer displays the vacuum degree.

The piston type feeding valve is fitted with a PTFE extension tube, which can continuously feed to the evaporator bottle under vacuum, making it convenient to use.

LCD display temperature and speed, button control for up and down movement, easy to operate.

The host is fixed, the water bath pot is electrically lifted and lowered, with stable speed, no impact, and simple operation. Equipped with silicone rubber cover, it is heat-insulating and heat-resistant, ensuring safe operation.

Vertical double-layer serpentine coil condenser ensures high collection rate. The motor is a brushless deceleration booster motor, with no sparks and low noise.

Collecting bottle with discharge port, connecting glass and PTFE independent discharge valve, the solution recovery is very fast.

Vacuum switching valve can control the airflow and liquid flow freely, allowing for continuous collection and discharge without affecting the system vacuum and solution distillation.

Anti dry burning function, when the water level in the heating pot is lower than the heating tube, the machine will automatically shut down, and it runs flexibly and is durable
