1. The liquid circulation of the entire system of the high and low temperature series device is sealed, and the system is equipped with an expansion container. The expansion container and the liquid circulation system are insulated and do not participate in the liquid circulation, only mechanically connected. Regardless of the temperature of the circulating liquid, the medium in the expansion container always maintains room temperature.
2. As the entire liquid circulation is a closed system, there is no absorption of water vapor at low temperatures and no generation of oil mist at high temperatures. The company can provide thermal oil with a wide range of working temperatures, so the same machine and the same thermal medium can achieve temperature control from -80 ℃ to+200 ℃.

2、 Advantages

1. The temperature control accuracy is generally ± 1 ℃, and external sensors can be connected (the temperature difference accuracy of installing external sensors is generally ± 0.5 ℃).

2. It has a PLC computer module that can be connected to a computer for remote control. It can achieve multi-point continuous temperature control, segmented temperature control, and constant temperature control, and can control multiple high and low temperature devices with one computer. (More convenient to use, greatly improving work efficiency)

3. Equipped with USB interface and data download function. (Data download function, which enables customers to download and store relevant data of tested or reacted materials, providing reference data for experiments)

4. Maximum temperature limit to prevent equipment from losing control. If the maximum temperature set by the equipment is exceeded, the equipment will automatically power off (to prevent damage caused by high equipment temperature)

5. Power protection [① Power supply has missing items ② Live wire error items ③ Voltage too high or too low (error code E-01 displayed)]

6. Compressor overheat protection (when the compressor reaches its limit, it will stop working and display error code E-02).

7. Water cooling has water flow and low water pressure protection (error code E-03 displayed).

9. All compressors are imported from France and Denmark.

Note: (1) The oil pipe connecting the high and low temperature circulation device to the reaction vessel should not exceed 4 meters (2 meters each for the inlet and outlet oil pipes). If the oil pipe exceeds 4 meters, it is advisable to cause the glass of the reaction vessel to break.

(2) The heating and cooling rates of high and low temperature circulation devices are affected by the surrounding environment. (Generally, the highest temperature range for the environment is 30 ℃)

(3) In areas with relatively humid environments in the south (humidity>50%), explosion-proof type should be used.

(4) The connection between the high and low temperature circulation device and the oil circuit of the reaction kettle adopts "low inlet and high outlet".
