Manual liposome extruder

The design of a liposome extruder is to extrude a multi-layer liposome suspension into a single-layer liposome. Squeezing is a simple process for preparing single-layer liposomes, in which multiple layers of samples are repeatedly passed through a polycarbonate filtration membrane with a specified pore size to produce smaller and uniformly sized liposomes.

Product features of liposome extruder:

1. Hygiene level: The material in contact with the material is 316L stainless steel approved by FDA&GMP.

2. Sample processing volume: Manual injection specification 1ml, suitable for processing sample volumes of 0.25-2ml.

Easy to operate: simply push the two syringes back and forth to squeeze them.

4. Temperature control: Optional jacket type external coolant can be used to control the sample temperature within the appropriate range.

5 optional filter membranes: pore sizes of 50nm, 80nm, 100nm, 200nm, 400nm, and 800nm.

6. Suitable samples: Liposomes of amphotericin B, paclitaxel, amphotericin B, doxorubicin, daunorubicin, cytarabine, vincristine, cisplatin, and econazole nitrate can be prepared for production.
