3、 Structural principle:
The main standard of this instrument adopts two precision grating sensors as positioning indicators (electronic subdivision circuit, microcontroller, LED display) and a precision granite specially designed working surface with a span of 500mm, with circular tabletops at both ends, adjustable structure, and composition.
4、 Working principle:
This instrument consists of two grating type micrometers for positioning and zeroing. Taking advantage of the large measurement range of grating type micrometers, it can replace measuring blocks and generate standard angles by combining fine adjustment parts to verify the angle error of the tested measuring tool. The schematic diagram of the principle is as follows:

The two indicators A and B on the instrument are generally used for positioning. The distance between the measuring axes is (500mm ± 0.04). Generally, a measuring block with a size of 1mm is placed between the spherical measuring head of the two indicators and the ribbed table. Alternatively, a measuring block with a size of 1mm can be placed under only one indicator's measuring head. Adjust the indicator to set its reading after zero. According to the size of the detected angle, select another size of gauge block (replaced by a grating system) to replace the gauge block under the measuring head of one indicator (which can be replaced by a grating system), and use the lifting micro screw to adjust the bridge shaped worktable to change the angle position until the readings of the two indicators are at their original positions (zero position). At this point, the instrument generates the required standard angle α, and the detected angle is compared with this angle α to obtain the result.

8、 Instrument after-sales service
1. Technical Services:
1.1 The seller is responsible for the transportation, loading and unloading, installation, and commissioning of the equipment, and the responsibility and expenses shall be borne by Party B;
After the equipment malfunctions, Party B shall respond to customer needs within 2 hours and complete the repair task within 7 days;
After the installation and debugging of the equipment is completed, the manufacturer is responsible for technical training to ensure that the users of Party A can proficiently master the equipment principles, usage methods, and maintenance methods.
2. Quality assurance period:
2.1 The warranty period is 12 months from the date of product acceptance;
2.2 Lifetime maintenance of equipment, free upgrade of equipment control software, and maintenance services provided by Party B outside the warranty period will only be charged for the cost of parts, and all expenses of its staff will be borne by Party B.
