Magpip Small Volume Pipette WorkstationIt is an innovative pipetting technology launched by Hamilton Corporation. In short, the plunger of the transfer channel is no longer driven by any mechanical connection (such as a spindle or belt) but by a coil. This technology design can enable the piston to have tremendous speed and acceleration. This will enable the use of a new dispensing mode called WhiPip to dispense small volumes of liquid without contact. Using WhiPip for liquid separation, the transfer is very precise and can be reduced to a volume of 350nL, and the volume can be freely adjusted for each well. A smaller volume means you can save valuable samples and reagents. In addition, the WhiPip liquid separation mode can optimize and simplify the workflow, reducing suction head consumption. At the same time, the pipetting channel has a very wide range of pipetting range (350nl-750ul), which can greatly improve the suction and discharge design of related experiments and enhance work efficiency.

Technical accuracy
Our newly developed liquid level detection technology can detect very small volumes. Only a few microliters are needed for detection in PCR plates, and due to the use of a new pipetting mechanism, very small volumes can be processed. In this innovative design process, we also optimized all other technologies, such as TADM (real-time monitoring of suction and discharge throughout the process) and LLD (liquid level detection), and elevated them to a higher level.

Processing accuracy
The new suction head assembly mechanism ensures more precise positioning and pipetting. Steel ball pressed into CO-RE within milliseconds ® In the groove of the suction head, to fix the suction head to the channel. The seal specially developed for MagPip seals the suction head, ensuring precise pipetting.

Transfer accuracy
MagPip pipettes are very precise. By adopting innovative pipetting methods, even the smallest volume of liquid can be separated with high precision. The enhanced pressure control function can achieve precision in single and multiple packaging, without being limited by the size of the disposable suction head.
