The series of products can achieve high sealing, leak prevention, and safe and reliable measurement of liquid level under high temperature, high pressure, high viscosity, and strong corrosive conditions. The entire process measurement has no blind spots, eye-catching display, intuitive reading, and a large measurement range. Equipped with liquid level alarm and control switch, it can realize upper and lower limit alarm of liquid level or boundary. Paired with LB type liquid level transmitter, it can convert liquid level and boundary signals into two-wire 4-20mADC standard signals, realizing remote measurement, indication, recording, and control. ▲ Installation and use
1. Firstly, check whether the data on the level gauge label matches the ordering requirements. There should be no excitation iron or other magnetic substances within 200mm of the level gauge, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the level gauge.
2. A shut-off valve should be installed between the liquid level gauge and the container to cut off the material during maintenance and cleaning. The installation of the main body must be vertical, with a maximum deviation angle of ≤ 3 °. When the measurement range is greater than 4m, intermediate support points should be added during installation and use.
Before the liquid level gauge enters operation, the upper flange gas phase valve should be opened first, and then the lower flange liquid phase valve should be slowly opened to allow the medium to slowly flow into the cylinder, allowing the flip column (plate) to track and indicate one by one, and adjust the zero liquid level with adjusting screws.
