〔1〕 The flowmeter must be installed vertically without obvious inclination, and its installation height should be convenient for reading the float. When reading, the line of sight should be level with the float. [General standard: The required flow rate is 50% -70% of the large flow rate of the flowmeter, and high numbers should be avoided as much as possible.]. []
〔2〕 There should be a straight pipe section of 5 times the diameter of the instrument at the upstream and downstream inlet and outlet of the instrument.
〔3〕 The pressure of the side fluid must be stable. If the fluid is too strong and unstable, it will cause the float to fluctuate and cannot be measured correctly. A buffer or setting device should be installed upstream of the flowmeter.
〔4〕 The flowmeter should be installed vertically, and the angle between the centerline of the flowmeter and the plumb line should not exceed 5 degrees.
