1. When opening the positive pressure, first connect the connector to the positive pressure port, close the vent valve, and rotate the micro adjustment counterclockwise to the desired position. Use a hand pump to push inward and increase the pressure to about 1MPa, and then slowly increase the pressure inward to the desired range using the micro adjustment handle.
2. When adding negative pressure, first open the vent valve, rotate the fine adjustment clockwise to the desired position, close the vent valve, use a hand pressure pump to pump out pressure to around -95KPa, slowly apply pressure to the desired range with the fine adjustment handle, and directly open the vent valve when releasing pressure.

1. Forward detection
Unscrew the plugs on the connectors of output 1 and output 2, open the stabilizing valve, adjust the micro adjustment to the appropriate position (middle position), and close the air delivery valve. Gently operate the lever to direct the pressure liquid to the two pressure output ports. Reinstall the standard meter and the verified meter, operate the lever to increase the pressure to around the verification point, use fine-tuning to adjust to the verification point, and test point by point until the full range is reached.
2. Return inspection
According to the regulations, after two readings at full range, slowly reduce the voltage to the calibration point with a fine adjustment, and test point by point until zero. When the adjustment cannot reduce the pressure, you can gently open the relief valve to reduce the pressure.
3. When the pressure drops slowly under high pressure, close the stabilizing valve. (First adjust the pressure to around 6MPa, stabilize for 1-3 minutes, and then slowly adjust to 10MPa)
4. Precautions
(1) It should be placed on a flat and easy to operate table to avoid entering environments with highly corrosive gases and dust particles.
(2) The tested instrument should be cleaned appropriately to prevent stains from entering the detection circuit.
(3) The output 1 and output 2 connectors are quick connectors. When installing the instrument with a sealed end face, no tools are needed. Tighten evenly with force until the sealing surfaces are tightly attached to each other, and then tighten 1-2 turns.
5. The output 1 and output 2 connectors are composed of upper and lower parts. When using, it is necessary to regularly check whether the lower locking screw is connected reliably. If the connection is not reliable, it may cause breakage under high pressure.
6. When the pressure generated by the lever is heavy, please use fine-tuning to increase the pressure, which will be easier.
