1. First, connect the tested meter to the output of the tested meter, and connect the inspection meter to the output of the inspection meter. Then fill the oil cup with transformer oil, and turn the pressure adjustment counterclockwise to the desired position. Then close the relief valve, open the shut-off valve half a turn, and lightly press the hand pump with your hand to increase the pressure to about 1-2MPa. Then close the shut-off valve, and use the pressure adjustment clockwise to increase the pressure to the desired range.

2. When releasing pressure, first open the shut-off valve, and then open the relief valve to easily release pressure.
