The system includes the functions of a fully automatic pressure calibration table: fully automatic calibration of pressure transmitters, pressure gauges, digital pressure gauges, etc., sending 24V power supply, with HART function, measuring real-time pressure, input current, input voltage, piston position, weight rotation speed, piston system temperature, etc., automatically setting the calibration points for precision pressure gauges and ordinary pressure gauges. The calibration speed is fast, and it only takes about 5 minutes to calibrate two pressure transmitters.

Notes:

1. Before use, the level must be adjusted;

2. Before calibrating the instrument, press the "stop" and "pressure relief" buttons, and confirm when the "pressure relief" light flashes;

3. Before shutting down, all weights must be suspended;

4. If there is a sudden power outage during use, the power must be reconnected and the machine must be turned off after all the weights are suspended;

5. When terminating use, press the "stop" and "release pressure" buttons to suspend all weights and stop rotating;

6. If the position display is asymmetric (such as z-1.0mm low and 3.0mm high), the position display should be calibrated in a timely manner;Open the password and enter the piston operation interface for calibration;

7. If it is found that the set value does not correspond to the weight of the weight, the machine should be shut down and restarted. After restarting, the set value should be displayed as 0 and the weight of the weight as 1;

8. If using extended calibration for multiple instruments, the extension gauge connector must be kept below the oil level in the oil cup.
