The core principle is to use pulse current and permanent magnet magnetic field to superimpose and excite strain waves, accurately calculate displacement through time difference, and avoid mechanical wear. The "0560" in the model has a push measurement range of approximately 560mm and is suitable for medium to short stroke scenarios. Core principle: Magnetostriction technology

This sensor is based on the magnetostriction effect (Wiedemann effect): when the pulse current inside the sensor propagates along the waveguide, a circular magnetic field is generated around it; The permanent magnet (magnetic ring) moving parallel to the measuring rod will generate an axial magnetic field, and the superposition of the two magnetic fields will cause local torsional deformation of the waveguide wire, generating torsional ultrasonic waves (strain waves). By measuring the time difference between the pulse emission and the received strain wave, combined with the fixed propagation speed of ultrasonic waves in the waveguide, the position of the magnetic ring can be accurately calculated, thereby achieving displacement measurement.
