MTS RHT7620UD621C207 is Temposonics ® The R series RH high-pressure built-in magnetostrictive displacement sensor is designed specifically for hydraulic cylinder built-in scenarios, with a measurement stroke of 7620mm. It uses Profibus DP bus output to adapt to high-pressure and strong vibration conditions such as metallurgy and heavy machinery, and assists in high-precision position closed-loop control.

The structure adopts modular design, with a stainless steel outer tube adapted to high-pressure oil cylinders, and a double shielded outer shell to resist EMI interference. Sensitive components can be replaced on-site without removing the high-pressure seal of the oil cylinder, making maintenance convenient. Non contact measurement based on the principle of magnetostriction, with no wear and no need for regular calibration, combined with the real-time diagnostic function of LED indicator lights, significantly reduces maintenance costs and extends service life.

Its nonlinearity is ≤± 0.01% F.S., repeatability is ≤± 0.001% F.S., resolution is up to 1 μ m, response time is 5.0ms; it can withstand continuous high voltage of 350bar and peak high voltage of 690bar, working temperature is -40 ℃~+85 ℃, protection level is IP67, input voltage is 18V DC -30V DC (standard 24V DC), power consumption is about 100mA, and electromagnetic compatibility meets standards such as EN 50081-1.

Maintenance and Care
