MTLX-8 Coal Falling Strength Tester

The coal type falling strength tester has been modified according to the national standard for measuring the crushing strength of coal, and is designed in accordance with the MT/T925-2004 coal type strength measurement method. A certain amount of coal type sample is freely dropped from a height of 2 meters onto a steel plate of specified thickness. Then, the coal blocks with a particle size greater than 13mm in the fallen coal will be dropped again three times. The drop strength of the coal block will be expressed as the percentage of the mass of the coal blocks with a particle size greater than 13mm after the third drop to the mass of the prototype coal sample.

The instrument consists of steel plates, frames, marking rods, positioning wheels, and dropping devices. Place the prepared coal blocks in the material tray, press the button, and the instrument will automatically rise. When it reaches the specified height, the lifting stops and the material tray will automatically fall down. The coal blocks will fall into the steel plate frame and operate according to the required number of drops in the national standard. Weigh the broken coal blocks and calculate the strength value.
