MSTX200YQ Smoke Online Monitoring System:
The MSTX200YQ series continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS) for flue gas can continuously monitor fixed pollution sources online for a long time. Mainly used for desulfurization and denitrification control systems in power plants and waste incineration plants, monitoring of exhaust emissions from solid waste treatment, combustion control systems, flue gas emission systems, and urban environmental protection, achieving fully automatic unmanned operation and remote control diagnosis and data transmission through remote communication. This complete system adopts ultraviolet differential absorption spectroscopy technology and extraction hot wet detection principle technology to perform online analysis of SO2, NOx, O2, CO, flue gas humidity, smoke concentration, flue gas flow rate, flue gas temperature, flue gas pressure and other components in flue gas. The characteristics of this system are anti blocking sampling, anti-corrosion and anti background gas interference, which effectively solves the problem of sampling pretreatment under harsh working conditions such as high dust, high temperature, high humidity, high viscosity, etc. The entire system consists of monitoring of smoke particle concentration, monitoring of flue gas parameters (flue gas flow rate, flue gas temperature, flue gas pressure, flue gas oxygen content, etc.), data acquisition and processing, and communication.

Advantage 1: Based on the hot and humid extraction full process high-temperature tracing method, accurate measurement can be achieved without any condensation or water removal pretreatment of the extracted sample gas. The analytical instrument is placed indoors in a suitable environment, and monitoring and maintenance are convenient, avoiding the disadvantages of traditional extraction methods such as complex pretreatment, water dissolution loss of SO2 caused by condensation, and easy corrosion and crystallization blockage of pipelines;

Advantage 4: The gas chamber of the analyzer is made of stainless steel processing, which does not require mirror polishing or gold plating inside. The gas chamber is strong, low-cost, and less affected by moisture and dust. The detector and gas chamber are connected by optical fibers, which is easy to replace and has low maintenance costs;
