MSTX200SNY Cement Kiln Process Complete Analysis SystemOverview:
Cement kiln is a major energy consumer in industrial furnaces. By analyzing the gas composition of the flue gas from the kiln tail, decomposition furnace, and preheater outlet of dry rotary kiln, the quality of clinker can be optimized, energy conservation and emission reduction can be achieved, and production control can be optimized. The temperature of the flue gas at the kiln tail can reach 1200 ℃~1400 ℃, with a dust content of up to 2000g/m ³, and it contains sulfur dioxide and alkaline corrosive gases, making it the most technically difficult sampling and analysis object. The MSTX200SNY cement kiln process analysis system has successfully solved this difficult sampling and analysis problem. The coal powder preparation system in steel plants poses a risk of coal powder and oxygen explosion, as well as the risk of carbon monoxide gas and oxygen mixture explosion generated during coal grinding, transportation, and storage. To ensure equipment safety, multiple measurement points need to be set up to detect oxygen and carbon monoxide content to guide operations and ensure safe production.
For high dust gases in coal powder, the sampling process adopted by the system is single filter sampling probe sampling, and regular nitrogen back blowing is used to remove dust inside the filter and probe to ensure long-term reliable operation of the probe. The clean sample gas is sent to the analytical instrument for precise measurement of component content through the pre-treatment system. The system is a programmable PLC fully automatic control system, and the human-machine interface adopts a 10 inch MCGS high display dot matrix touch screen. The instrument uses a 7-inch high display LCD liquid crystal display and provides industrial standard 4-20mA analog signals, which can be synchronized with the industrial computer and controlled by signal interlocking. Electrochemical/magnetic oxygen analyzer measures oxygen content, infrared analyzer measures carbon monoxide content; It can output 4-20mA standard signals and high/low alarms, and can also transmit signals through RS485.
Note: The system can be installed and used in dust explosion hazardous areas (explosion-proof type).
