The device is an integrated set of analysis and control equipment that includes machinery, electricity, and instruments. The entire device consists of an analysis cabinet component (including sample purification processing unit, control blowing unit, and analysis calibration unit) and a dedicated sampling device component installed on the process pipeline.
▌ Specialized sampling device: It is a first level sample purification processing unit made of all stainless steel. In response to the extremely complex harmful components contained in coke oven gas under harsh working conditions, the internationally recognized vortex tube cold tar removal, naphthalene removal, water vapor removal, and dust filtration technology is adopted to achieve the purpose of sampling and purification primary treatment.
Analysis cabinet components: The analysis cabinet and components can be selected from explosion-proof or non explosion-proof types.
The analysis cabinet contains the following units:
Pre processing unit: It is composed of effective components such as gas filters, washing devices, mist filters, and sulfur removers to purify tar, naphthalene, dust, etc; The intermediate level purification treatment of the components is composed of a condenser, a peristaltic discharge pump, a separator, a fine filter, etc. to complete the fine level purification treatment; The sample is composed of a specially designed corrosion-resistant vacuum pump, flow controller, etc. for gas extraction and stable pressure and flow operation. Ensure that the sample furnace gas undergoes a series of steps including purification, dust removal, dehumidification, voltage stabilization, and flow stabilization, with a filtration accuracy of up to 0.1 μ. Send the tested sample gas that meets the requirements into the analytical instrument to ensure the accuracy and long-term reliability of the instrument's operation.
Analysis and Control Interlocking Unit: The online continuous analysis of sample gas oxygen content is completed by a magnetic pressure oxygen analyzer, electrochemical oxygen detector, or laser oxygen detector, which continuously outputs 4-20mA signals. The oxygen analyzer is equipped with alarm output upper and lower limit contacts, which can set alarm and interlock values within the range. When the O2 content concentration exceeds the limit, an alarm and interlock will be triggered.
