The MSTX200DSL type calcium carbide furnace exhaust gas analysis complete set system (hereinafter referred to as the device) is designed and manufactured specifically for the operation and production of calcium carbide furnaces, with a safety monitoring interlock device. The complete set of devices includes five parts: sampling probe components, preprocessing unit, analysis unit, control unit, and instrument calibration unit. On the basis of absorbing the advantages of similar foreign products, this device is designed for the characteristics of high dust content and high temperature in the production process.

1. The layout of the device structure follows the requirements of the complete system, adopting an analytical cabinet structure to complete the "turnkey engineering design", which not only simplifies on-site installation and debugging, but also effectively enhances the reliability of the system. The development of the device is closely combined with the domestic reality and the advanced technology at home and abroad, reaching the advanced level of similar devices at home and abroad in terms of progressiveness, applicability, reliability, safety, etc.
2. Adopting a stainless steel fiber sintered microporous sampling filter specially designed with reference to aviation technology, replacing traditional ceramic and silicon carbide filters, it has the characteristics of high strength, thin filter layer (2mm), good breathability, strong regeneration ability, high filtration efficiency, and long on-site maintenance cycle.
3. Using a programmable logic controller (PLC) as the system control center, it completes functions such as automatic blowing of sampling pipelines and probes, automatic timed sampling, and partial fault self diagnosis, improving the automation level of the device. It has strong on-site anti-interference ability, high reliability, low maintenance, flexible programming, easy operation, and can complete functions that are difficult for conventional systems to achieve.
4. Adopting imported high-performance membrane vacuum pumps, the pump body and gas contact parts are made of anti-corrosion materials, which have strong anti-corrosion ability, large pumping volume, high reliability, long service life, and low maintenance.
5. The pre-treatment of this device adopts a special design, using a combination of graded filtration dust removal, coarse filtration and fine filtration purification methods. Long term operation on site has shown that it effectively solves the problems of high dust, high humidity conditions, large maintenance, and low online continuous operation rate, and extends the system operation time.
6. Adopting dry process, pulse cleaning, electric mixing heating, program control and other technologies, it has automatic sampling, continuous operation, and control interlocking functions.
