1. The layout of the device structure follows the requirements of the complete system, adopting an analytical cabinet structure to complete the "turnkey engineering design", which not only simplifies on-site installation and debugging, but also effectively enhances the reliability of the system. Using a programmable logic controller (PLC) as the system control center, it completes functions such as automatic blowing of sampling pipelines and probes, automatic timed sampling, and partial fault self diagnosis, improving the automation level of the device. It has strong on-site anti-interference ability, high reliability, low maintenance, flexible programming, easy operation, and can complete functions that are difficult for conventional systems to achieve.

4. Adopting imported high-performance membrane vacuum pumps, the pump body and gas contact parts are made of anti-corrosion materials, which have strong anti-corrosion ability, large pumping volume, high reliability, long service life, and low maintenance.

5. The pre-treatment of this device adopts a special design, using a combination of graded filtration dust removal, coarse filtration and fine filtration purification methods. Long term operation on site has shown that it effectively solves the problems of high dust, high humidity conditions, large maintenance, and low online continuous operation rate, and extends the system operation time.
