Extremely reliable silicon microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) form sensors that convert chemical information into electrical signals.
A precision electronic device with computing power that can analyze gases at detection points.
Two level chemical analysis protocol - one level is used for analyzing chemicals, and the other level is used for analyzing data, temperature, pressure, and humidity measurements to achieve environmental compensation and accurate readings under all environments and conditions.
Advanced control technologies, such as built-in self-test (BIST) and system monitoring (watchdog monitoring), can achieve certification to the highest safety standards.
Main features and advantages of MPS:
There is no requirement for regular on-site calibration.
The lifespan of the sensor exceeds 15 years.
Sensors are protected from poisoning.
Wide environmental working range (-40 to 75 degrees Celsius and up to 100% humidity).
Accurate readings can be obtained regardless of environmental conditions.
Capable of detecting hydrogen and methane.
The ability to automatically classify gas types in the environment.
Global certifications for equipment safety and manufacturing quality (ATEX, UL, IECEx)
Two external dimensions, industry standard 4 series, and thin "mini" packaging help integrate into your product.
MPS sensors provide worker safety and gas leak detection for numerous industries, including oil and gas, chemical production, power generation, wastewater treatment, landfill monitoring, confined space entry, heating, and transportation. These sensors offer digital or analog configurations, are easy to use, and have passed ATEX, UL, and IECEx certifications, making them suitable for all gas environments.
MPS ™ The working principle of
Molecular characteristic spectrometer ™ (MPS ™) It is a high-precision microelectromechanical system (MEMS) that can measure the molecular properties of chemicals in the air to determine the types and concentrations of chemicals present. The term 'molecular property' refers to any measurable or descriptive characteristic or feature of a molecule. Examples of these properties include physical properties such as size, shape, mass, density, and melting or boiling point, or chemical properties such as polarity, reactivity, acidity/alkalinity, and solubility, or thermodynamic properties such as thermal conductivity, specific heat, phase transition, and exothermic and endothermic reactions. MPS measures different properties based on application, however, thermodynamic properties typically provide a rich source of information about molecules. These features are the focus of MPS sensors in the current market.
