The MINI-X1-Y1-Z1 series six axis fiber optic coupling platform is designed specifically for fiber optic coupling. It innovatively integrates a three-axis micro precision adjustment mechanism on the basis of the ART130 series large stroke motion table (XYZ axis stroke can be customized according to customer needs), achieving an integrated operation of "wide range coarse adjustment+nanometer level fine adjustment". The repeated positioning accuracy of each axis can reach; #177; Within 100nm. The product is suitable for the vast majority of optical communication module applications and has industrial integration advantages of high precision, high stability, and high cost-effectiveness.

Unlike previous piezoelectric micro stage adjustment schemes, we still use self-developed linear motors and cross roller guides. The micro motion stroke of MINI axis can achieve ± 1mm, and the motion setting time can reach 200 μ m @ ± 50nm @ 30ms.MINI-X1-Y1-Z1 series six axis fiber coupling platformThe ultra-high precision and compact size, lighter weight and wider range of travel make it more suitable for coupling scenarios that require frequent, fast, and large-scale back and forth movement.
