The CFTCA series linear motor mechanical platform - XY is an XY integrated precision positioning platform with nanometer level positioning accuracy. It is driven by a linear motor and adopts precision cross roller guide rails, with excellent dynamic performance and positioning accuracy. The no-load cut-off frequency can reach over 100Hz. The CFTCA series adopts outstanding industrial design, with a very reasonable appearance and geometric dimensions. The CFTCA-150XY has a full stroke flatness and straightness of less than ± 2 μ m, and a safe hollow size of up to 40mm * 40mm; The CFTCA-250XY has a full stroke flatness and straightness of less than ± 4 μ m, and a safe hollow size of up to 50mm * 50mm, making it a key component in the field of optical measurement and detection.
The CFTCA series platform has a delicate and compact structure, but strong driving capability, with an upper axis speed of 1000mm/s and a no-load acceleration of up to 1g. Equipped with a linear amplifier and vibration isolation laboratory environment, the CFTCA series hollow platform has a stability of 3nm in place, and the minimum step size can be less than 5nm. Due to its hollow characteristics, it is mainly used in industrial fields and scientific research projects that require nanometer level positioning accuracy and hollow design, such as double-sided measurement and detection, biological sample processing and observation, thin film and ink thickness measurement, etc.
