MCGS高精度低温槽控制器The LKTC-H series intelligent temperature control instrument is a high-performance and high-precision temperature control module with the following advantages:

① Adopting years of self-developed PID intelligent fuzzy temperature control, the temperature control is accurate, the stability time is short, and the temperature floating is small. Adaptive PID, one click self-tuning.

② Heating 24A or 64A thyristor output, relay protection, cooling 30A relay; It can integrate 4 inputs and 4 outputs for humidity, pressure, etc. (customizable alarm, solid-state, fan, door lock, circulation, mixing and other functions).

③ PT100/K thermocouple dual input, automatic switching; Overtemperature alarm (adjustable range), sensor detachment alarm protection.

④ 99 program segment, multi-point temperature calibration.

⑤ 2-channel standard RS485 and other universal interfaces (LCD/touch screen display can be switched freely without changing the motherboard), can be configured with MODBUS RTU communication protocol, one host controls multiple sets of devices, ROM data download, and data self collection. Can be connected to upper computer software for real-time control or viewing of historical real-time data and curves of analysis equipment.

① Intelligent PID fuzzy temp.control with adaptive PID self-tuning to get higher temp. efficiency , accurate and smaller temp. drift.

② Heat:24A or 41A SCR output with 30A relay protection, Cool: 30A SSR. optional pressure &humidity 4-channel input , scalable 4-channel relay for fan,circulation,stir,alarm or door lock needs.

③ PT100&K TC input, auto switching. Probe self-detection,detachment protection, overtemp.alarm protection(overtemp. range can be set)

④99 program segments, temp. multi-point slope calibration.

⑤ 2 standard RS485 ModBus RTU protocols(both LCD and touch sreen display are compatible, no need to change control panel ),ROM data download, data auto collection, allowing one host to control multiple sets of motor kits, can connect to upper computer software to control or view actual-time&historical data and curves.
