Product Overview:

High precision constant temperature and humidity programmable communication temperature controllerIt is a high-performance and high-precision temperature control module with the following advantages:

① Adopting self-developed PID fuzzy algorithm for temperature control, with high temperature control efficiency, fast temperature rise, and small temperature drift; Adaptive PID, one click self-tuning.

② Heating: 21A or 64A thyristor output, relay protection cooling: 30A relay output; Probe self detection, detachment alarm protection. Overtemperature alarm (adjustable range) protection.

③ Two PT100 inputs (or one K-thermocouple, one PT100 input), two switch inputs (gate control, water level, etc.), and three transmitter inputs (pressure, CO2, humidity, etc.); 2-channel 5V SSR output, 5-channel 10A relay (for lighting, stirring, circulation, fan, sterilization, alarm, etc.) output. Optional internal or external humidification.

④ Timing options include constant temperature timing or 99 segment programming, with multi-point temperature slope calibration.

⑤ Expansion: 2 standard RS485 and other universal interfaces, configurable MODBUS RTU communication protocol, one host controls multiple devices, EEPROM storage and download, data self collection. Can be connected to the upper computer software to view historical real-time data or curves.
