Balanced valve core structure: The 35 series adopts a bonded balanced valve core design, which enables the valve to maintain stable directional force and repeatability even when the inlet pressure fluctuates. It also has multiple functional platforms such as 3-way, 2-way, normally open/normally closed, vacuum, diversion, and selection.

Direct short stroke electromagnetic drive: The short stroke coil, combined with a strong return spring, provides high electromagnetic driving force and fast, consistent response time, which can meet high-frequency working environments.

Stacked valve body: The SCC valve body is a 3/2 normally closed, stacked body with a 1/8 caliber universal valve core structure, which facilitates centralized installation of multiple valves and simplifies piping.

Good compatibility between medium and lubrication: suitable for compressed air, vacuum, and inert gases, can be used in oil or oil-free conditions, and is easy to be compatible with existing gas source systems.

Multiple coil and electrical interface solutions: The DF series coil platform offers 24VDC high-power coil options, which can be paired with locking manual operation and plug connection forms to adapt to different control cabinet wiring methods.

working principle

The 35A-SCC-DFFJ-2KJ adopts a direct acting three-way balanced valve core structure. When powered on, the electromagnetic coil generates a magnetic field that attracts the movable armature, driving the balance valve core rigidly connected to it, thereby changing the on-off relationship between the P (intake), A (output), and R (exhaust) ports: in the normally closed configuration, when power is lost, A and R are connected, P is cut off, and the load side is depressurized; After the coil is energized, the upstream and downstream pressures of the valve core are balanced with each other, and the armature can reliably reverse direction within a small stroke, connecting P and A and cutting off R. Due to the balanced force at both ends of the valve core and the short stroke design, the valve can maintain stable switching time and lifespan performance under a wide pressure range and frequent operating conditions.

The "DF" code corresponds to a 24VDC coil with a rated power of 12.7 W.

Voltage allowable deviation: -15% to+10% of rated voltage.

Response time (typical value):

24VDC 5.4 W version: conduction for about 6 ms, power-off for about 2 ms;

120VAC version: conductive for about 3-8 ms, power-off for about 2-7 ms (same platform coil data, used to characterize speed level).

Selection Recommendation

Determine function and diameter: If 3/2 normally closed, stacked installation, and centralized pipelines are required, the 35A-SCC series is a suitable choice; If single valve inline installation is required, equivalent series models 35A-ACA can be considered.

Choose coil power based on frequency and load: For high frequency, high back pressure, or situations with strict response time requirements, high-power coils such as DF (24VDC 12.7 W) can be prioritized; Optional 1.8W or 5.4W coil platforms are available for low-power/energy-saving applications.

Confirm installation method: SCC stacked valve body is suitable for multi position centralized installation. If the equipment space is limited and I/O is centralized, stacked valve body can simplify the connection; If the on-site preference is for the bottom plate or insertion method, valve body codes such as B00 (bottom plate) can be changed.

Compare power supply conditions: Select 24VDC or AC coil codes according to the control cabinet standards, and verify the voltage deviation range with the actual system fluctuations.
