working principle:

The working principle of a low-temperature freezer can be simply understood as the refrigerant passing through four processes in the refrigeration system: compression, condensation, throttling, and evaporation. This complete cycle continuously repeats itself, completing the refrigeration process of producing chilled water

During the operation of the chiller unit, the liquid refrigerant absorbs heat from the cooled object in the evaporator, vaporizes into low-temperature and low-pressure steam, is sucked in by the compressor, compressed into high-pressure and high-temperature steam, and discharged into the condenser. It releases heat to the cooling medium (water or air) in the condenser, condenses into high-pressure liquid, and is throttled by the throttle valve to become low-pressure and low-temperature refrigerant. It then enters the evaporator again to absorb heat and vaporize, achieving the purpose of circulating refrigeration
