Product Features:

New environmentally friendly design, branded compressor and independently designed air duct, high efficiency, low energy consumption, low noise, not only promotes energy conservation, but also has a long service life. Compared with traditional similar equipment, the cooling time can be reduced by more than 30%.

The inner liner and shelf are both made of 304 stainless steel, with a four corner semi-circular design. The inner liner wall has undergone electrochemical treatment, which can resist corrosion and prevent bacterial growth, ensuring durability and easy cleaning and disinfection.

Carbon dioxide monitoring and control system

The CO2 inlet is equipped with an efficient microbial filter, which can filter up to 99.99% of particles with a diameter of ≥ 0.3 μ m, effectively filtering bacteria, dust particles, and microbial pollution sources in CO2 gas.

Temperature and humidity control system

Select temperature and humidity sensors that can operate at high temperatures to ensure precise temperature and humidity control inside the box. At the same time, after the user opens and closes the door for sampling and layout, the experimental temperature and humidity can be restored in a short period of time.

Door temperature heating and monitoring system

The outer box door has a heating function, and the door temperature follows the box temperature slightly higher than the box temperature, which can effectively prevent the glass door from producing condensation water, facilitate observation of the experimental process, and avoid the possibility of microbial contamination caused by the condensation water produced by the glass door.

There is a glass door inside the box for easy observation. In working condition, users can open the glass door at any time, and the oscillation incubator will automatically stop working and cut off the heating and circulating fans.

Environmental temperature monitoring system

An independent ambient temperature detector that can automatically adjust the CO2 incubator heating system based on changes in the ambient temperature during the experiment to avoid temperature overshoot inside the incubator.
