Product Features:

1. CO2 gas detection adopts imported far-infrared sensors with high lifespan.

2. The O2 gas concentration detection adopts imported long-life zirconia oxygen sensors, which have the characteristics of good linearity, accurate detection, long service life, and can fully meet the needs of users.

3. All temperature detection uses imported PT1000 platinum film resistance temperature sensors, which have stable performance and good linearity. Independent sleeve temperature and door temperature control, composed of five sleeve temperatures and one door temperature synthesis studio temperature, with high accuracy.

4. The box adopts a gentle breeze circulation method to make the air circulation close to natural air convection, shorten the recovery time of temperature, humidity, O2 concentration, and CO2 concentration, and ensure the balance of temperature, humidity, O2 concentration, and CO2 concentration.

When the box door is opened, the solenoid valve automatically closes and the breeze circulation stops automatically, reducing gas loss, saving gas sources, and minimizing pollution caused by external air entering the box.

6. A separate door temperature control system ensures that the constant temperature control inside the box is minimally affected by changes in ambient temperature. The temperature recovery time (30 seconds after opening the door) is ≤ 10 minutes.

7. Temperature and gas concentration are displayed digitally, with LED displays for door heating, water heating, intake, high and low water levels, providing intuitive, clear, and accurate display.

8. It has multiple protection functions such as sleeve temperature, door temperature, room temperature, gas tracking alarm, and digital. When the displayed temperature exceeds the preset temperature, it can automatically cut off all heating power. It has independent over temperature relay protection function to ensure that the temperature does not exceed the preset value.

9. The inner liner is made of stainless steel, with 100% rounded corners and no dead corners for cleaning; Optional water tray chassis reservoir design, convenient for water exchange and sterilization disinfection;

10. Sterilization system: 90 ℃ high temperature wet heat disinfection function, achieving a 100% kill rate on bacterial spores; Users can perform high-temperature sterilization on the entire chamber according to experimental needs, and can choose to equip it with an exhaust pump. It has drying and cooling functions after sterilization, without the need for manual wiping, to avoid contamination; During the sterilization process, there is no need to disassemble components such as detectors and fans to avoid secondary contamination; Simply select the high-temperature moist heat sterilization option to automatically sterilize;

11. HEPA filtration system (optional): Filter the air inside the box once per minute to ensure that the air inside the box is a high-quality gas with a cleanliness level of 100;

12. Airtight partition door (optional): Equipped with an airtight partition door, it reduces the recovery time of temperature, humidity, and carbon dioxide concentration, reduces the use of carbon dioxide, and lowers the risk of pollution;
