Low range turbidity analyzerWorking principle
Bebur Turb uses scattered light turbidity measurement method to detect the true turbidity situation in water bodies, providing customers with stable, accurate, and low maintenance instruments. Each sensor is equipped with a light source, a lateral detector to measure scattered light from the sample, and a reference detector to detect light output. The light source uses a long-life IRLED light emitting diode. Single point calibration can achieve reliable calibration without the need for "zero point" calibration. The sensor is made of stainless steel and sapphire structure, which is sturdy and durable. An optional automatic cleaning system can effectively maintain the cleanliness of the turbid optical surface, thereby reducing daily maintenance.
Calibration
Place the sensor of Turb into a black polyethylene calibration flow cell, and fill the flow cell with turbidity standard solution (usually 20NTU). Enter the calibration menu of Turb to calibrate the sensor. The sensor's light source will be divided into four stages to reduce light output, and turbidity measurement will be performed in each stage to obtain an accurate and reliable zero point and range value, without the need for "zero point" calibration.
Cleaning
In order to maintain the cleanliness of the sensor probe, Turb's sensors are equipped with cleaning nozzles that spray water to clean the optical window. Automatic cleaning can be achieved through customer preset cleaning times.
Installation
There are three installation methods for Turb, namely immersion installation, pipe insertion installation, and flow pool installation. For immersion measurement, the turbidity sensor can be fixed at the end of the steel pipe and then placed in a water tank, water tank, or installed in a dedicated flow tank that can eliminate bubbles.
The circulation pool has the following characteristics: it can eliminate stray light in water; Can eliminate bubbles in water; Not affected by ambient light; Automatic defoaming.

Bubble
Like others, bubbles in water can also interfere with measurements. Bebur has several methods for removing bubbles from water, including using an automatic cleaning function and a bubble removal circulation pool.
