Longmen dumping machine

1、 Overview:

QDE-II gantry dumping machine is a device installed next to the three stick machine to transport materials to be processed to the three stick machine. It can clamp the material bucket and perform lifting and tilting operations through a hydraulic system.

2、 Structural performance:

3、 Equipment structure description:

1. Lifting device:
Connect two sets of vertically installed plunger oil cylinders with a horizontal beam to form a gantry structure. Two sets of oil cylinders are fixed on the base. When the "up" button is activated, the oil pump begins to supply pressure oil, causing the two sets of oil cylinder plungers to rise simultaneously and lift the material bucket rack connected to the horizontal beam. When the "down" button is activated, the oil pump supplies pressure oil to lower it. Both ascending and descending are equipped with limit switches.
2. Pouring device:
Composed of a material bucket rack and two sets of tilting oil cylinders. When the "tilt" button is pressed, the plunger in the oil cylinder lifts and the material bucket rack begins to tilt. When it reaches a horizontal angle of 20 °, the limit switch is powered off. When the "Reset" button is pressed, the material bucket rack is reset to a horizontal position.
3. Guiding device:
It consists of two sets of I-beam guide rails, channel steel, and four sets of pulleys. Plays a role in guiding and limiting the shaking of the material bucket rack.

4、 Installation:

1. The body must be installed on a stable, sturdy, and flat foundation. And according to the requirements of operation, wiring, etc., leave appropriate space. The foundation should have pre embedded holes for anchor bolts. (See basic diagram)
2. During installation, perform horizontal alignment on the base of the device. Tighten the anchor bolts and perform secondary grouting.
3. Connect the hydraulic oil pipe.

5、 Operation steps:

（1） Check:
1. Check whether the bolts of each tightening part of the dumping machine are loose, and whether the rotating bucket handwheel can be tightened smoothly.
2. Inject 30 # hydraulic oil into the oil tank until the upper oil level is reached.
3. Connect the power, turn on the air switch inside the box, and check that the motor on the fuel tank is turning clockwise.
4. Press the "up" button to check if the cylinder plunger is rising. Press the "down" button and adjust the relief pressure on the pressure gauge to 4MPa through the relief valve.
5. Press the "tilt" and "reset" buttons to adjust the speed of the flow valve by adjusting its speed.
6. Check if the limit switches for rising, tilting, and resetting are malfunctioning.

（2） Debugging:
1. Place the material bucket on the bucket rack, align it with the center, and turn the handwheel to tighten the barrel pressing screw.
2. Press the "up" button to raise it to the desired height, and press the "dump" button to slowly dump the material bucket. Then press the 'reset' button before descending.
3. During the tilting operation, if the tilting angle is too large, the reset button can be used to reset and adjust it.

6、 Common fault analysis:

1. Check that the motor on the fuel tank is turning clockwise.
2. When abnormal sound is found in the hydraulic oil pipe (hydraulic oil cannot be sucked up), the oil filter installed on the suction port must be cleaned.
3. If the load of the machine current is too high, the air switch inside the electrical control box will trip, and it needs to be reconnected.

7、 Maintenance and upkeep:

1. Develop the habit of regularly checking the equipment, and periodically check whether the tightening bolts of each part are loose and tighten them.
2. The hydraulic oil in the oil tank should be kept clean, the oil level line should be checked regularly, and oil should be added in a timely manner. The replacement of oil depends on its cleanliness. Generally, 30 # hydraulic oil is added. Machines that are frequently used should be replaced every six months to a year.
3. The rollers inside the lifting frame of the gantry dumping machine need to be lubricated with butter at regular intervals to reduce wear and tear.
4. The screw of the hand wheel of the pressing material bucket of the gantry dumping machine needs to be lubricated with butter at regular intervals to reduce wear.
5. The bearing seats on both sides of the material bucket support frame can be filled with oil through the oil injection holes for the bearings inside.
6. Check if the limit switches for rising, tilting, and resetting are malfunctioning, and if the buttons on the electrical control box are malfunctioning.
8. Check if the pressure gauge on the fuel tank can display normally. If any damage is found, it should be replaced. Check if there is any oil leakage at the pipe joints and valves of the fuel tank.
