Overview
Live cell concentration/cell density sensor: It can measure the live cell density in solution in real-time online, and this measurement is not affected by changes in culture medium, microcarriers, dead cells, or cell debris.
Product Details

Introduction:

Incyte sensorIt can measure the density of live cells in a solution in real-time online, which is not affected by changes in the culture medium, microcarriers, dead cells, or cell debris. This measurement is widely used in biological processes such as mammalian cell culture, yeast, and high-density bacterial fermentation. Online monitoring of live cells enables real-time response to critical nodes during the monitoring process without the need for sampling.

Product advantages

  • Improve productivity and reduce costs

  • Frequency scanning function for online monitoring of changes in cellular physiological morphology

  • Accurately control the endpoint of continuous cultivation

  • Early detection of process deviations

working principle

Incyte is based on the principle of capacitance measurement, where living cells are viewed as tiny capacitors in a high-frequency electric field. The charge of these tiny capacitors is measured by sensors and presented in the form of dielectric constant (capacitance value per unit area).

INCYTE - Live Cell Density Monitoring

An Incyte sensor and a preamplifier form a measurement unit, and the preamplifier can convert analog signals into digital signals.

Arc View controllers equipped with Incyte or Incyte Scan software authorization will read digital signals.
