Lithium battery thermal runaway explosion chamber
Used to meet the requirements of UL9540A standard for thermal runaway testing of battery cells, it can achieve the functions of placing commercially available batteries, vacuuming internal chambers, nitrogen charging, as well as measuring parameters such as pressure, temperature, and oxygen concentration. In addition, it reserves interfaces for thin film heating and overshoot circuits.

The testing system mainly consists of an explosion chamber, heating system, pressure detection system, temperature control system, air blowing system, ammonia filling system, vacuum extraction system, and gas sampling system.
Product Features
The sealed chamber is made of stainless steel material, with a capacity of about 82L (can be customized according to customer needs). The overall impact pressure resistance is 5Mpa, and the maximum pressure resistance is 7Mpa; Heating control system, capable of controlling a maximum function of 2kw; heating rate of 4-7 ℃;
Computer automatic control of heating rate;
Multiple flange connection plates are reserved in the cabin, and dedicated card sleeve joints are used on the connection plates for temperature, voltage, heating, overshoot and other circuit connections. And reserve a nitrogen filling interface for connecting external nitrogen to achieve an environmental configuration with an oxygen concentration of less than 1% in the cabin;
