CUD liquid cooling distribution unit, designed for efficient heat dissipation in data centers, integrates intelligent temperature control, flow monitoring, and pressure regulation functions, and is compatible with cold plate/immersion liquid cooling systems. Adopting a modular architecture, supporting independent control of multiple circuits, compatible with mainstream server interfaces, with a single unit heat dissipation power of up to 150kW. Equipped with an LCD touch screen and remote monitoring system, real-time display of operating parameters and automatic alarm for abnormal situations. Fully enclosed pipeline design with leak detection accuracy of 0.1ml/min ensures safe and stable operation of the data center, helping to reduce PUE to below 1.1.

Liquid cooled distribution unit can be customizedCore functions:


  1. Coolant distribution and circulation: Through the built-in pump unit, it provides circulation power for the liquid cooling circuit inside the entire rack, ensuring that the coolant can continuously flow through the heat source.


2. Pressure and flow regulation: Monitor and independently adjust the coolant flow and pressure to each server or computing node to ensure that each heat source can obtain the required cooling capacity and achieve precise cooling.


3. Temperature control: Real time monitoring of the temperature of the inlet and outlet through sensors, and ensuring that the temperature of the coolant supplied to the server remains stable at the set value by adjusting the flow rate or communicating with the external cooling system.


4. Leak detection and protection: Equipped with excellent leak detection sensors (such as point or cable sensors), once a coolant leak is detected, an alarm will be immediately issued and safety protocols (such as shutting down pumps and valves) will be executed to protect expensive IT equipment.


5. Water quality management: Integrate deionized devices or filters to continuously maintain the purity and conductivity of the coolant, preventing pipeline corrosion or circuit short circuits caused by water quality issues.


6. Monitoring and Communication: As an intelligent device, it continuously collects all operational data such as flow, temperature, pressure, water level, etc., and uploads these data to the data center infrastructure management system through network interfaces to achieve centralized monitoring and early warning.


7. Hybrid cooling support: Many liquid cooling distribution units also integrate traditional air-cooled radiators, which can automatically switch to air-cooled mode during maintenance or failure of the liquid cooling system, providing basic cooling support for servers and enhancing system reliability.
