The analysis of trace water in liquid hydrocarbons and chromatographic analysis of liquid hydrocarbon composition have always been technical challenges in production. In order to ensure that the liquid hydrocarbon sample is converted into a constant temperature and pressure gas before analysis, and its composition is consistent with that in the liquid state, a previously feasible method was to use steel cylinders or sampling bags to control the injection method to ensure vaporization. The liquefiable gas sampling injector introduced concepts such as' flash evaporation gasification 'and' equi composition gasification ', which were controlled by a microcontroller, and the mass flow controller accurately measured the flow rate, successfully solving the technical challenges of constant temperature and pressure and equi composition gasification in the analysis of trace water in olefins and chromatographic analysis of liquid hydrocarbon composition.
