DCWS-680 fully automatic specialized analyzer for trace water in olefinsIt is designed, developed, and manufactured strictly in accordance with the standards of GB/T 3727 "Determination of Trace Water in Ethylene and Propylene for Industrial Use" and GB/T 6023 "Karl Fischer Coulombic Method for Determination of Trace Water in Butadiene for Industrial Use". This instrument consists of a DCWS-6A Coulombic trace water analyzer combined with a DCJYQ-4C liquefied gas sampling injector, which can accurately analyze trace amounts of water as low as 1ppm (m/m).

According to the provisions of GB/T 3727 "Determination of Trace Water in Ethylene and Propylene for Industrial Use" regarding the gasification of liquid samples, stainless steel pipes with an inner diameter of 1mm and a total length of no more than 2m are used. In addition to the function of limiting the flow rate specified by the national standard, automatic adjustment of gasification speed and flow rate is also added, which greatly shortens the system replacement time, accelerates the analysis speed, and is more suitable for the analysis speed requirements of production control analysis. At the same time, a mass flow controller has been added, which has the function of accurately measuring the quality of the sample. It can not only control the flow rate smoothly through the mass flow controller, but also adjust the emptying and replacement time according to the analysis of different concentrations of water containing samples. The mass flow controller can be calibrated with a balance using the reduction method, which is more suitable for sample analysis introduced from pipelines.
