The control system adopts variable frequency control, and the speed can be adjusted. It can be connected to temporary generator sets or direct working mains power. The water outlet adopts a hose quick connector, which is easy to install and operate. The water supply pipe adopts lined fire hoses, which are lightweight and have good coiling performance.
The material of the pump casting has undergone special anti-corrosion treatment, making it have good corrosion resistance, airtightness, good mechanical strength, and can withstand large loads. It can work in water up to 20 meters deep and under high temperature conditions. The pump shaft is made of high-strength stainless steel, and the motor shaft and pump shaft share the same main shaft. The structure is compact, eliminating deflection from the design, reducing vibration during operation, and ensuring long sealing and bearing life.
The mechanical seal adopts a double end mechanical seal system, which isolates the motor from the hydraulic system and provides dual protection. The upper and lower machine seals are made of high hardness and strong wear-resistant materials, and the sealing mating surfaces are lubricated with mechanical oil under high-speed conditions to increase their service life.
