Lightning protection standard resistorComposed of 9 1/2W high-precision military grade wire wound resistor series, the calibration instrument can be directly shifted without changing the wire for convenient testing, with an accuracy of up to 0.05% and good long-term stability. It is a specially customized standard resistor for our company, with resistance values including 1m Ω, 10m Ω, 100m Ω, 1 Ω, 10 Ω, 100 Ω, 1K Ω, 10K Ω, 100K Ω, within the range of 10-3-105 specified in Order No. 31 "Management Measures for Qualification of Lightning Protection Device Testing". Mainly used for calibration of grounding resistance testers, equipotential testers, and other instruments.

Lightning protection standard resistorOperation Method
Do not apply more than 1/2W power to the resistor, as it may damage the standard resistor
When calibrating the instrument, the four wire method must be used for calibration, otherwise the measurement accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
If using this standard resistor to calibrate other instruments, please use the four wire method as much as possible. If using the two wire method, please use the C1 and C2 terminals
When calibrating various resistance testing instruments, first confirm that the output power of the instrument does not exceed the power of the measured resistor before testing. When testing, try to use the four wire method as much as possible.
The wiring diagrams of various calibrated instruments are as follows. After connecting the wires, switch to the corresponding gear and start the calibrated instruments for testing.
