Product Details

Product Name:Lens static pressure testing machine

Product model: SLT-1

Technical Specifications:

1. Static pressure degree: 100N ± 2N

2. Contact surface steel ball: φ 22mm

3. Compression rod length: 70mm

4. Static pressure washer: inner diameter 35 ± 0.1mm

5. Cross section of pressure ring: φ 3mm

6. Compression ring hardness: 40 ± 5 IRHD

7. Compression fixation ring: 250 ± 5g

8. Contact depth: 1.5mm below the pressure ring

9. Operation mode: automatic static pressure, automatic timer reset

10. Compression speed: 350mm/minute

11. Test duration: 10 seconds (customizable delay)

Testing method:

  1. Place the sample with the back surface facing downwards on the steel structure support, align it, and place the pressure ring and rubber ring aligned on the sample.

  2. If the sample size is not sufficient to evenly support its periphery, a suitable cushion should be used. The pressure ring should ensure that the rubber ring is stably pressed onto the upper surface of the sample.

  3. There is a cylindrical groove inside the steel structure support. Place a piece of white paper on the flat bottom of the groove and cover it with a piece of carbon paper. Adjust the position of the white paper and the carbon paper to be 1.5mm below the plane where the rubber ring contacts the back surface of the sample, and parallel to this contact surface (assuming it is a plane).

  4. If the back surface of the sample is non rotationally symmetrical, the position of the white paper and the copy paper should be 1.5mm lower than the midpoint of the contact position between the rubber ring and the back surface of the sample.

  5. Apply a load to the sample at a rate of 350mm/min ± 50mm/min, maintain a pressure of 100N ± 2N for 10s ± 2s, and then remove the lens from the sample to observe its condition.
