Overview

The PF-60LS laser profilometer for ophthalmic lenses is a non-contact profilometer tailored for the ophthalmic lens industry. It can measure the surface contour morphology and roughness of various ophthalmic lenses, such as contact lenses (contact lenses, RGP, scleral lenses, OK lenses, various semi-finished products and molds, etc.), artificial intraocular lenses (IOL), ICL, eyeglass lenses, etc. It has the characteristics of wide measurement range, high measurement accuracy, and operation method.

Large area high-speed measurement

A laser spot with a radius of only 0.5um, combined with a high-precision XY electric platform, can measure objects up to 60x60x10mm at once with sub micron level accuracy (XY=0.1um, Z=0.01um).

For example, when measuring NIST interval standard blocks, it only takes 6 minutes to measure a 0.8mm square area (128000 points), which greatly shortens the measurement time compared to traditional equipment's 1 hour and 20 minutes.
