Basic Introduction:
1、 Working principle
During painting operation: the supply fan (when the temperature inside the painting room needs to be increased in winter, the heater is also turned on at the same time) and the exhaust fan start automatically in sequence, the fresh air valve opens automatically, and the return air valve closes automatically. Outdoor fresh air enters the air supply unit through the primary filter through the fresh air outlet, and then enters the static pressure chamber on the roof after being heated by the heater. The filter cotton at the bottom of the static pressure chamber evenly compresses the airflow and blocks solid dust. The clean air forms a laminar flow around the work area from top to bottom, forming a wind curtain to prevent the remaining paint mist generated by spray painting from spreading outwards. Under the action of continuous airflow, the paint mist rapidly decreases with the airflow and enters the activated carbon adsorption box after being filtered by a paint mist filter (dry or wet water curtain or water vortex). The organic solvent gas in the paint mist is adsorbed by activated carbon and meets the GB16297-1996 air pollutant emission standard.
During the drying process, hot air circulation heating is used, with the air supply fan being pneumatic and the heater simultaneously turned on. The return air valve automatically opens and the fresh air valve automatically closes. The indoor air is heated by the heater and enters the static pressure chamber on the roof. The filter cotton at the bottom of the static pressure chamber evenly pressurizes the airflow and enters the paint spraying room. The process repeats until the set temperature of the paint is reached, completing the paint spraying process. Automatic switching control for painting/drying. Heating energy options include electricity, natural gas, liquefier, and diesel.
2、 Exhaust gas treatment process for spray painting room
Spray painting brings beauty to our products, and the products after spraying are more sturdy, durable, and corrosion-resistant. This new type of paint spraying room exhaust gas treatment equipment directly relates to the field of industrial exhaust gas treatment technology. Spray painting exhaust gas treatment equipment is a widely used equipment for paint spraying in industrial production. At present, there are many spray painting equipment used in production. During the spraying process of paint, the treatment of paint exhaust gas is not sufficient, which causes certain pollution to the environment and fails to achieve energy-saving and environmental protection effects.
The characteristics of the new spray painting room exhaust gas treatment device are: simple overall operation, low cost, wide application range, and strong practicality.
3、 The general process for treating spray paint exhaust gas is as follows:
Spray booth paint gas collection - water curtain room - induced draft fan - spray tower - UV photocatalytic waste gas treatment equipment - induced draft fan - standard emission.
Firstly, build a moderately sized paint booth with paint vapor collection and water curtain room. When the paint vapor passes through the water curtain room, a large amount of paint mist will be trapped, and the trapped paint residue can be recycled.
The second is to calculate the air volume based on the volume of the paint booth, and then match the appropriate induced draft fan according to the air volume.
The third method is to use a spray tower to filter the introduced paint gas through secondary spraying, further intercepting the paint mist and particles. After the secondary treatment, the paint gas passes through the demister on the upper layer of the spray tower to intercept the moisture in the paint gas.
When the exhaust gas enters the paint booth, due to the sharp increase in cross-section and the decrease in wind speed, large dust particles (particles) settle under the action of gravity; During the process of dust containing gas, it is affected by water droplets (mist) sprayed from the nozzle, and the particles are covered by the droplets and settle down. As a result, the particles are separated from the gas. This process has good efficiency in particle separation, reducing the impact of dust containing gas on subsequent processing steps and extending the service life of subsequent equipment. During filtration, multiple layers of fibers intercept, collide, diffuse, and absorb paint mist particles, accommodating them within the material.
