1. Drying tower system and its characteristics
The drying unit consists of an inlet air filtration system, an air heating and hot air distributor system, a drying main tower, a feeding and atomization system, a high-efficiency cyclone, a product collection system, and a tail gas dust collector.
2. Medium circulation system
The whole machine is composed of a supply fan, induced draft fan, regulating butterfly valve, air duct, etc. Both the air supply and induced draft fans are supplied by high-quality manufacturers, with years of cooperation and stable quality.
3. Air Heating and Purification System
Composed of primary, medium, and high-temperature high-efficiency air filters, fans, and indirect natural gas hot air stoves.
The heat source is a direct natural gas hot blast stove, which has high thermal efficiency, stable heat output, and reduces production costs.
4. Feeding system
The feeding system adopts fuzzy control to achieve automatic matching of feeding speed and exhaust temperature, avoiding the influence of temperature fluctuations on material dryness and humidity, and keeping the moisture content of the finished product at the required level, thereby ensuring the quality of the finished product.
The screw pump adopts variable frequency speed regulation, 4-20mA signal input, and matches the outlet air temperature. The main components of the pipeline valve are made of SUS316L stainless steel, which is clean and hygienic.
5. Tower wall rotary blowing device
Specially designed for the characteristics of high sugar content and easy softening and wall sticking of traditional Chinese medicine extract materials at high temperatures, it effectively solves the problem of wall sticking of traditional Chinese medicine extract materials, avoids the problem of material deterioration caused by prolonged retention on the tower wall, and does not produce severe wall sticking.
6. Cold wall jacket system
The use of cold wall air cooling on the inner wall effectively solves the problem of high-temperature adhesion and softening of dried dust particles, while taking into account the different effects of different materials on the drying wall temperature. An adjustable air valve with arbitrary conversion is designed.
7. The angle of the tower cone has been adjusted from the conventional 60 ° to 54 °, fully considering the smooth feeding of dried materials.
8. The materials of the equipment have been partially designed with cleaning ports to facilitate on-site equipment cleaning issues.
9. Other auxiliary systems
All supplied by well-known manufacturers with reliable performance; Some pipelines have been designed with a certain angle in mind, using pressed smooth stainless steel pipes to avoid material blockage, blockage, and excessive local resistance that may affect material transportation.
