Main performance and features:

Structure introduction:

This machine consists of a medium to high efficiency filter, heater, uniform air chamber, fluidized bed, mixing device, separation and filtration chamber, exhaust pipe, induced draft fan, muffler, control cabinet, etc.

1. Host

The main unit consists of a bottom air chamber, a fluidized bed, a mixing reducer, a mixing device, and a separation and filtration chamber.

At the air inlet, a special design has been made to allow horizontal air intake, which has been changed to a special structure for compressed air intake, which is beneficial for material fluidization. The air distribution net under the hopper makes the air flow more uniform in the system. The material truck is equipped with a mixing device, which can assist in fluidization when the material particles are relatively large or heavy.

2. Air filter

Composed of three stages of initial, medium, and high temperature efficiency, ensuring that the intake air reaches a purification level of 100000.

3. Air heater

The fluctuation range of the inlet air temperature is ± 2 ℃

4. Exhaust system

Composed of exhaust duct, induced draft fan, and muffler, the induced draft fan is installed separately from the main engine, with a noise level of ≤ 80 decibels.
