RLLS03W-RPLabSat 3 wideband navigation signal recording and playback device::
LabSat 3 wideband/RLLS03W/RLLS03W-RP is an RF signal recording and playback system with three independent adjustable broadband channels. It can record and playback most GNSS signals, even including a small amount of non GNSS signals. All three RF channels share a common sampling rate, which can be adjusted from 10MHz to 58MHz. All systems use constant temperature crystal oscillator (OCXO) systems to ensure maximum stability. Each signal can be quantized with 1, 2, or 3 bits of I and Q signals. Based on the channel bandwidth and quantization combination, the number of available RF channels will be adjusted to maintain the recording data bandwidth within a rate range that ensures continuous file transfer.
Due to broadband recording allowing each RF channel to capture multiple GNSS frequencies, configuration can be achieved by selecting the frequency band for capturing the desired GNSS signals. To assist in selection, only the frequencies that can capture GNSS signals for the selected bandwidth will be displayed, and it will indicate which GNSS signals are within the selected bandwidth. During recording or playback, the built-in multi constellation GNSS receiver will visually display satellite details on the LCD screen and output NMEA data via USB. In addition to replaying real sky recording signals, optional software packages can generate simulated satellite signals based on user-defined trajectories, allowing the test to simulate any time, date, or location worldwide
The RF output of LabSat 3 wideband/RLLS03W/RLLS03W-RP is then connected to the antenna input of the tested device, and the recorded signal is played back as an RF signal. The tested device then began tracking the satellite as if traveling along the same route taken by LabSat 3 wideband/RLLS03W/RLLS03W-RP during the original recording period. LabSat 3 wideband supports numerous features suitable for industries such as automotive, aerospace, high-precision RTK measurement, and vehicle control. It contains up to three RF channels, which can be used for multi constellation testing, RS232 recording, dual CAN bus recording, digital event capture, and inertial sensor recording.
Users can generate their own test scenarios and use manual signals to create their own custom test scenarios. SatGen software allows you to quickly draw routes using Google Maps, automatically generate RF files, and then transfer the files to the SD card on LabSat 4 for playback. Multiple satellites and constellations can be simulated, and users can also control speed, heading, and altitude data. Suitable almanacs can be automatically or user-defined. Each constellation uses approximately 14Gb of data per hour, and the suitable SD card is 128Gb *. Therefore, a single constellation can record for over 9 hours, a dual constellation can record for 4.5 hours, and a three-star constellation can record for 3 hours
