LZS plastic tube float flowmeterIt can be widely applied in industrial sectors such as chemical industry, environmental protection, and food. Specializing in water treatment. The connection methods can be divided into four types: plug-in, welding, threaded, and flange connection.
The LZS series flowmeter has two main types, namely long tube type and short tube type. Adopting a plastic shell, it has the ability to resist 30% acid and alkali corrosion.
1). Work pressure: ≤ 0.6MPa
2). Working temperature: 0~60 C
3). Accuracy: ± 4%
4). Material: Cone tube: AS; Guide rod: Stainless steel 304; Connector: ABS
5). Plastic tube flowmeter can be made into flange connection type or pipe thread connection type
6). Floats, pipe fittings, guide rods, and other materials can be customized according to customer needs.
LZS plastic tube float flowmeterInstallation and usage method:
1.Plastic rotor flow meters can be directly inserted and bonded with ABS or PVC plastic pipes, or connected with metal pipe flanges after bonding with ABS or PVC flanges
2. It should be installed vertically on the pipeline, with a tilt angle of less than 5 °, otherwise it will cause flow measurement errors
3. There should be space around the installation site of the plastic rotor flowmeter for easy installation
If leakage is found at the sealing part of the cone tube when using the plastic rotor flowmeter, the nut can be tightened. If the leakage still occurs, the seal should be replaced
5. There should be a straight pipe section of five times the length of the flowmeter diameter upstream of the plastic tube float flowmeter to ensure stable and correct operation of the instrument
Before using a plastic rotor flowmeter, it is necessary to check whether the instrument value range matches the measured range. The large instantaneous flow rate of the measured medium should be less than the upper limit of the flowmeter measurement, and the pressure and temperature of the measured medium should be within the allowable range of the flowmeter
