LY/T2013 Calorific Value Analysis Forest Combustible Oxygen Bomb Calorimeter
Determination of calorific value of forest combustibles. The combustion calorific value tester, also known as the oxygen bomb calorimeter, is suitable for industries such as new energy, electricity, coal, metallurgy, petrochemicals, quality inspection, environmental protection, cement, papermaking, geological exploration, and research institutes. It measures the calorific value of various combustibles such as biomass new energy, building insulation materials, coal, and petroleum, and meets the requirements of relevant standards such as GB/T 14402, GB/T30727, and GB/T213.
Performance characteristics:

Controlled by a microcomputer, using American precision chips and Windows system software, the system is stable and reliable, can be used as a single cylinder, asynchronous multi control, and does not interfere with each other. Human computer interaction means learning at once. Original motor, stable performance, no noise.
2. Automation, automatic ignition, automatic injection and drainage, automatic water temperature adjustment, only need to install oxygen bombs, the instrument can complete all testing work. Automatic calculation, can run general software for other transaction processing, and at the same time, start the calorimeter measurement system to automatically calibrate the energy equivalent (heat capacity) and measure the heat generation of the calorimeter system. Input data such as sulfur, moisture, hydrogen, etc. to convert and print out data such as cylinder heat generation, high-level heat generation, low-level heat generation, etc.
3. Adopting serial communication technology, with low failure rate, automatic protection, automatic diagnosis, and a relaxed usage environment. Fast measurement and analysis, precise temperature probe, real-time display of temperature time curve, convenient and intuitive.
4. Low failure rate, self-protection, self diagnostic technology, fast fault finding, and easy maintenance.
5. Easy to use, user-friendly interface, and good software fault tolerance.
6. Accurate results, using * cooling calibration system to ensure the stability of instrument performance testing.
7. Data processing, inputting relevant data, automatic conversion of high and low calorific values of the tested substance by the microcomputer, and data storage of test results.
8. The inner cylinder adopts electric stirring with sheet-like blades, while the outer cylinder adopts submersible electric stirring, making the stirring more uniform and convenient. The instrument adopts a fused cotton thread ignition method.
