The voltage drop test at the terminal and wire crimping point is shown in Figure 2. The measurement is taken between two points located in the middle of the terminal and wire crimping point, at the 75mm long wire (with the insulation layer stripped and soldered firmly), and the voltage drop at the terminal and wire crimping point is obtained after deducting the 75mm long wire voltage drop. When a terminal is connected to two or more wires simultaneously, apply current to each wire separately to measure the voltage drop
