The LRF series hot blast stove is a new generation heating product jointly developed and designed by our company and China Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Corporation. The product adopts multi head spiral groove heat exchange technology, integrating combustion and heat exchange design, making the product compact in structure, reasonable in layout, high in heat exchange intensity, fast in heating up, and high in thermal efficiency. It has the characteristics of small footprint, easy installation and operation, clean hot air, and stable performance.

◆ Product Usage:

This product is widely used for drying, spraying, and dehydrating various materials such as chemicals, food, medicinal herbs, tobacco, ceramics, and building materials. It can also be used for heating in buildings such as factories, auditoriums, sheds, and livestock houses, as well as for dehumidification or heating processes in underground mining areas, underground engineering, and other places.

Performance advantages

This hot air stove utilizes indirect heat transfer technology, using clean air as the heat transfer medium, to provide an ideal direct heat source for heating processes in various industries. The heating temperature is divided into three levels: low temperature (80~150 ℃), medium temperature (200~300 ℃), high temperature (400~550 ℃), and customers can freely choose according to the requirements of the drying process.

Working principle

Working principle: The combustion chamber and heat exchanger of this hot blast stove are integrated, adopting a multi-layer sleeve structure made of all steel plates. The lower part of the furnace core is the combustion chamber, and the upper and surrounding parts are circular heat exchangers. Both air and flue gas are double return, and heat exchange is carried out in their respective paths. In order to improve thermal efficiency, multi head spiral groove heat transfer technology and turbulent flow principle are adopted to reduce the thickness of laminar flow, so that air and flue gas continuously exchange directions during movement, greatly enhancing the heat transfer effect.
