LKTC-GM-L 液晶Muffle furnace controllerThe intelligent temperature control instrument is a high-performance and high-precision temperature control module. It has the advantages of stability, reliability, high accuracy, and ease of use. Its characteristics are as follows:

① Adopting years of self-developed PID intelligent fuzzy temperature control, the temperature control is accurate, the stability time is short, and the temperature floating is small. Adaptive PID, one click self-tuning.

② Controllable silicon or solid-state output, with the ability to expand up to 2 additional outputs, to meet the needs of fans/cycles, or for one RS485 communication. The touch screen comes with a built-in screen switch power supply, which can be connected to a printer without the need for other adapter controllers.

③ 99 program segment, multi-point temperature calibration. Overtemperature alarm (adjustable range), sensor detachment alarm protection.

④ Heating reservation activation function can be set.

⑤ Standard RS485 and other universal interfaces, can be configured with MODBUS RTU communication protocol, one host controls multiple devices, ROM data download, and data self collection. Can be connected to upper computer software for real-time control or viewing of historical real-time data and curves of analysis equipment.

②24 A/41A SCR or solid state output, optional output for fan,light,circulation, alarm or door lock needs.

③ Probe self-detection,detachment protection, overtemp.alarm protection(overtemp. range can be set)

④99 program segments, temp. multi-point slope calibration.

⑤ Optional expantion: standard RS485 ModBus RTU protocols,EEPROM for data storage and download, data self collection, allowing one host to control multiple sets of motor kits, can connect to upper computer software to control or view actual-time&historical data and curves.
