The air/gas proportional combustion regulating valve receives pressure from the air pipeline through a pressure conduit. When the air pressure changes, the proportional valve follows the air pressure to change the gas pressure and obtain the air/gas mixture ratio. The fluctuation of furnace pressure has a corresponding impact on the flow rates of gas and air, but the mixing ratio of air and gas is not affected.

15. Working principle
16. Proportional control valves are used to achieve a constant air/gas ratio and obtain the pressure required for burner combustion in different states. Proportional control valves allow for high-precision continuous pressure regulation within the outlet pressure range. The bypass screw installed in the regulating system can achieve continuous adjustment of the minimum fuel flow rate without the need to replace drilling bolts. The proportional valve operates through the pressure of the air intake pipeline, and controls the ratio of outlet gas pressure to air pressure to be 1:1. Flow control is achieved through an air conditioning device. The flow rate changes caused by the operation of the burner will have the same effect on both gas and air, so the ratio remains constant. Equipped with * regulating performance, the compensating membrane with imported pressure ensures its performance, and the spring * offsets the weight of the membrane plate system, ensuring highSensitivity.
