Display function: It uses a 7-segment LED digital display with a size of 7.62mm, red display, and a display range of 0.000-9999. When measuring overflow, 9999 is displayed. You can choose to display the flow rate or volume on the display screen.

Signal processing and output: The microcontroller AS8 processes the incremental input signals of KRACHT flow meters and other measurement sensors, filters and converts the input signals, and converts them into physical quantities of flow rate or volume. It has two relays, one analog output terminal, or one serial interface for external reprocessing.

Setting method: The standard AS8-U-24 can be set through two buttons located behind the display panel, while the AS8-U-24/F model with a film keyboard allows for easy operation without removing the panel when changing settings. The conversion of display units can be achieved through the Dip dip switch at the back of the panel.

Power supply and interface: The power supply range is 18VDC-28VDC, with optional 10-19VDC, and the maximum current consumption is about 120mA. The interface is a corner plug (4-pin) that complies with DIN 43650 standard and has reverse polarity protection.

Appearance and size

Shell material: Made of aluminum shell, it has good heat dissipation and durability.

Size: Approximately 35mm in height (excluding connectors), 60mm in width, and 60mm in depth, with a compact size for easy installation.

Protection level: up to IP65, can effectively prevent dust and water, and can adapt to various harsh industrial environments.

Analog output: The output current can be selected from 0-20mA and 4-20mA, with an impedance of ≤ 250Ohm. When powered by an 18-28VDC power supply, the impedance is ≤ 50Ohm. When powered by a 10VDC power supply, the resolution is 10Bit, and it is short-circuit proof.

Pulse output: incremental signal, pulse amplitude about 0.8 times the power supply voltage, depending on the load, pulse waveform is a square wave, with symmetrical output signal, pulse duty cycle/channel ratio of 1:1, ± 15%.

Working temperature: The working temperature is 0 ℃ -60 ℃, and the storage temperature is -25 ℃ -85 ℃.
