Johnsor1810 Total Copper Water Quality Online Analyzer is an environmental monitoring instrument developed by Nanjing Jiefa Technology Co., Ltd. with independent intellectual property rights. The instrument adopts advanced sequential injection analysis technology and advanced optical, mechanical and electrical technologies. It has the remarkable characteristics of online measurement, simple structure, fast measurement speed, accuracy, reliability, high reproducibility, extremely wide measurement range, and economical operation. The instrument can directly measure tap water, Rivers and Lakes water, industrial sewage, and high concentration wastewater before water treatment. It can be widely used in water environment automatic monitoring stations, sewage treatment plants, water treatment plants, sewage monitoring points, regional water boundary points, water quality analysis rooms, and environmental regulatory agencies at all levels to monitor the water environment.
Basic principle:
The Johnsor1810 total copper water quality online analyzer uses sodium diethyldithiocarbamate spectrophotometry to determine total copper. Under high temperature and pressure, various copper compounds in water samples are oxidized and digested by nitric acid to form divalent copper ions. Under ammonia conditions, copper ions react with sodium diethyldithiocarbamate to form yellow brown complexes. Within a certain concentration range, the absorbance of the system is proportional to the concentration of copper ions, and the total copper content in the water sample can be determined by spectrophotometry.
Product Features:
1. Imported brand solenoid valves can achieve highly integrated multi-channel accurate directional selection function, with a simple structure and good stability;
2. High and low liquid level quantitative technology and liquid level alarm system, precise injection volume, with the function of automatically expanding the measurement range several times;

All instruments use internationally advanced electrical components, and imported high-quality industrial programmable logic controllers (PLCs) replace microcontrollers and industrial computers, greatly reducing the failure rate of the instrument control system and making the instrument highly anti-interference and lightning resistant;
4. Using industrial touch screens instead of button switches makes the user interface more user-friendly, while also overcoming the defect of poor button contact;
5. Remote control can be used to calibrate instruments, record parameters, and set analysis time;
6. The instrument consumes a small amount of reagents, and the automatic alarm system ensures accurate and error free addition of reagents;
7. Separate the collection of waste liquid and cleaning solution to reduce secondary pollution of the instrument.
