1、 Introduction: The $r $nTY5 Thistle Tube Iron Spectrometer is a complete iron spectrum analysis system used to separate and evaluate wear particles and pollutant particles in lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, or fuel. It consists of a thistle tube spectrometer, microscope, industrial camera, heating plate (optional), and image acquisition software. Due to the time delay caused by the absence of an injection pump to deliver the oil sample to the surface of the spectrum, all abrasive particles in the tested oil can be prepared onto the spectrum, and the spectrum can be washed by controlling the flow rate and velocity of the cleaning solvent.

TY5Jiguan Iron SpectrometerIt is a complete iron spectrum analysis system used to separate and evaluate wear particles and pollutant particles in lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, or fuel. It consists of a thistle tube spectrometer, microscope, industrial camera, heating plate (optional), and image acquisition software. Due to the time delay caused by the absence of an injection pump to deliver the oil sample to the surface of the spectrum, all abrasive particles in the tested oil can be prepared onto the spectrum, and the spectrum can be washed by controlling the flow rate and velocity of the cleaning solvent. There will be no dispersion halo due to residual oil droplets, so clear images can be obtained when observing abrasive particles under a microscope.

We observed and studied the prepared iron spectra using a two-color microscope. The microscope is equipped with a reflective light source (red) and a transmissive light source (green).
